We cannot afford to start over. Congress has held over 451 hearings over seventy years on healthcare reform. Despite lengthy hearings and debate, these senators are not willing to use points of agreement as a starting point. They insist on a blank piece of paper. 

We have been starting over for seventy years and 451 hearings. That is quite enough starting over.
